FITTS Manufacturing Facility

December 2016 our facility relocated from Lexington, SC to the Calhoun County Industrial Park on I-26 in Gaston, SC. FITTS 70,000 square foot facility sits on 17 acres. All of our products are engineered, designed and manufactured in this facility. FITTS manufacturers all product lines in-house. Value engineering our products and maintaining the highest quality standards are core values for our company. FITTS has invested more than $5M in the new facility and another $2M in technology/equipment to bring our products to life. A visit to our factory would reveal multiple CNC machining centers, metal forming equipment, letter machine, wide format roll-to-roll and flat bed printers, aluminum and steel welding equipment, a vinyl application room, multiple paint booths, printing suite, and a fleet of vehicles for our service and delivery teams.

Acrylics

A fundamental translucent material that is strong, durable, and versatile. Customized with vinyl, it is used in sign faces, surrounds and statement featur...
Steel

A generally hard, strong, durable, malleable material. Steel is utilized in our modular buildings and kiosks to provide a rigid structural frame.
Vinyl

Opaque or translucent and available in a wide range of colors, this film is intended for indoor and outdoor branding solutions.
Aluminium

A durable, lightweight, ductile and malleable metal that is easily formed to many shapes and dimensions and does offers good corrosion resistance.
Polycarbonates

A type of acrylic that is typically used when a strong acrylic is required and commonly used in large sign faces or when the highest durability is required.
Stainless Steel

Extremely strong and some alloys resistant to corrosion and rust. Utilized for high-end brushed finished wall letters or feature pieces requiring resiliency.
Laminates

Thin, multiuse material in hundreds of finishes from woodgrains to solid colors. Used on ATM claddings and millwork, it adheres to both wood and aluminum.
Brass

Often used for brushed and polished letters or cast plaques providing an upscale look. Resistant to many forms of corrosion but will patina over time.
Wood Veneer

Thin sheets of exotic and beautiful wood that cover an underlying structure such as MDF, plywood or other materials. We custom stain to the desired look.
Woods

Organic or Engineered (as MDF), wood creates key features and structural components. A great base for many mediums including laminate, paint, and stain.
Solid Surface Materials

This versatile medium used for counters, claddings, and walls is offered in solid colors and can mimic stone. Brands: Dupont Corian, LG HI-Macs, Wilsonart.
Granite

A stunning addition to any architectural feature. Easily maintained and durable, it emanates distinction. Often seen as countertops and interior signage.
Silestone

The leading producer of unique quartz surfaces, Silestone is ideal for designer countertops. Silestone unites beauty and durability for a superior product.
ACM

Extremely rigid yet lightweight material layers thermoplastic compound between aluminum layers. Perfect for when a material must be rigid and flat.
LED’s

Hands down, the best option for signage and accent lighting! LEDs far surpass other lighting options in longevity, maintenance expenses, and versatility.
Chemetal

Textured metal laminates provide high-end custom finishes for interior branding walls, signage, and claddings. Chemetal makes distinction affordable.
