Managerial Job Description: Motivate, Innovate, Lead, and Win!

  • Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
  • Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
  • Lead a team of employees within your division
  • Monitor the efficiency of production to ensure timely load and shipment
  • Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
  • Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory
  • Maintain the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery
  • Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations
  • Experience operating manufacturing machinery and physical dexterity
  • Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods or lifting objects with an established maximum weight
  • Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Punctuality and Time Management skills
